WHY the military must weigh in on this issue:

We encourage active duty and retired military service men and
women (not in a disability status) to take a stand and become
plaintiffs in a lawsuit to determine the constitutional
eligibility for office of the sitting president.
(However, being on significant disability would prevent recall
in the event of an emergency.) The Constitution states that a
president must be a natural born citizen.

Military personnel both active duty and retired, if recalled,
may be called upon to execute orders rendered by the
Commander-in-Chief, the president of the United States.
Military personnel must trust that any orders originating from
the POTUS are sound.

If the POTUS is not constitutionally eligible for the position
held, the orders would not be considered legitimate. However,
unless this matter is resolved no one will ever know if that is
the case or not and whether the orders received are legitimate.
The natural born citizen requirement was written in to ensure
the allegiance and loyalty of the POTUS to the country.
Therefore, until this matter is proven no one can know if that
is the case or not.

Taken to the extreme, the force of the United States military
could feasibly be used against its own American citizens.
This is extremely concerning and furthers the Constitutional
Crisis we find ourselves in today.  A survey taken at Twenty
Nine Palms Marine Base in California reflects that 63 percent
of young troops would follow orders unquestioningly  and kill
American civilians if met with resistance once ordered to
disarm them.

In the military, we take an oath to protect and defend the
Constitution of the United States against all enemies – foreign
and domestic. A well-informed military must know who its enemies
are and whether they emanate from within our own government.
Toward that end, the constitutional eligibility of the current
president must be immediately determined.

“No, posterity, you will never know how much it cost us to
preserve your freedom. I hope that you will make good use of it
and if you do not, I shall repent in heaven that I ever took
half the pain to preserve it.”

Consider this letter from a Brigadier General:

Charles E. Jones
Brigadier General US Air Force, Retired
Lifetime subject to recall for active duty
Recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal (AF)
02.04.09

“We the People of the United States of America” are entitled to know
the legal qualifications of the President and Commander in Chief.
For the better good and National Security of “We the People of the
United States” and for Absolute Command of the Military Forces of the
United States, I whole heartedly support the efforts of Dr. Orly Taitz,
ESQ for taking legal action to determine whether or not Barack Hussein
Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, Citizen of Indonesia and possibly citizen
of Kenya, is eligible to become President of the United States and
Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces.

Your letters and support are welcomed and crucial
to help avoid a deeper constitutional crisis.
